i'm ericka....i'm already thin, but i want to be perfect <3

5'7" 109lbs... not really interested in the number i'm at, more so on how i look. so i guess my goal is to be toned. my biggest focus is my tummy and butt.

former cheerleader and dancer. if anyone has questions or needs advice for stretching or any general advice on the sports, let me know, i'd love to help!

if anyone has any workouts for the butt area that doesn't put pressure on the knees, let me know! i have runners knee so it makes working out hard :(
